Therapy doesn't have to look the same for everyone. My work is primarily focused on individual therapy, tailored to needs, goals, and age.
Therapy is most effective when you're working with someone whose experience and training fit your needs. My practice does not specialize in couples therapy, disorder eating, or substance use disorders. When one of these is the primary concern, I'm happy to help connect you with a provider who offers specialized care. Finding the right fit matters, and sometimes that means helping you find someone else.
Not sure if therapy is the right fit—or whether I'm the right therapist for you?
A consultation gives us an opportunity to talk briefly about what you're looking for, answer questions about my approach, and decide whether working together makes sense. There is no pressure to commit to ongoing therapy.
If in person consultation feels like too much, message me for a free 15 minute phone consultation!

Individual therapy provides a space to slow down, make sense of what's happening, and work toward meaningful change.
I work with adults and adolescents experiencing concerns such as anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship difficulties, self-esteem, emotional regulation, and feeling stuck in patterns that aren't working anymore.
Therapy is collaborative and practical. We'll work together to understand the problem, identify what needs to change, and develop strategies that you can actually use outside of the therapy room.
*Initial session fee is $180.
50 minute Individual Therapy Session - $160*
Children don't always have the words—or the desire—to sit down and talk about what's going on. Therapy with younger clients often looks different from traditional adult therapy and may incorporate conversation, activities, creative approaches, play based therapy, and developmentally appropriate strategies.
When working with children and adolescents, parents and caregivers are an important part of the process. Depending on the child's age and needs, treatment may include parent consultation, caregiver involvement, and collaboration around strategies that can be used at home and at school.
My goal is to help young people build the skills they need while also helping the adults around them understand how to support that process.
