Yes. A phone consultation is an opportunity to briefly discuss what you're looking for, answer questions about my approach, and determine whether we might be a good fit. There is no obligation to schedule ongoing therapy. If you prefer in person, we can meet for up to 30 minutes for $75.00.

Both! I currently provide therapy in person for those in the Boulder Metro Area or online if you live in Indiana, North Carolina, South Carolina, or Florida via a secure telehealth platform. You can participate from the privacy of your own home or another location where you feel comfortable and have adequate privacy.

No! I do not use AI tools to record, transcribe, analyze, or participate in therapy sessions. I also do not use AI to generate clinical notes or treatment recommendations based on your session.
Your therapy is a conversation between you and me. Technology has its place, but it doesn't need a seat in the therapy room.

That depends on your needs and goals. Many clients begin with weekly or bi-weekly sessions, while others may benefit from a different schedule. We'll determine what makes sense together rather than following a one-size-fits-all formula.

I do bill directly to insurance for Colorado residents. However, I can provide you with a superbill which contains all the information to request reimbursement from your insurance.
